Help & support
Last updated 13 October 2026
Phone & Calendar lets you share your availability, get calls booked straight into WhatsApp, and chat and call privately with end-to-end encryption. Answers to the common questions are below — and if you need a person, the form at the bottom reaches us directly.
Contact us
Email [email protected] or send a message with the form below — we reply within two business days.
Signing in
You sign in with your phone number. We send a 6-digit code to that number on WhatsApp, so the number needs an active WhatsApp account. Codes expire after a few minutes — request a new one if yours has. If no code arrives, check that you entered the number with the right country code.
Booking links
- Set your weekly hours once in the app (Hours tab).
- Pick a contact and send a booking link — it opens WhatsApp with the message ready to send.
- Your guest picks a time in their browser. Nothing to install. The booking lands on both of your calendars.
- Guests can cancel or reschedule from the link in their confirmation.
Encrypted chat and calls
Messages, photos, voice notes and calls are end-to-end encrypted using the Signal protocol. Our servers relay only scrambled data and can’t read your conversations — which also means we can’t recover messages if you delete the app or your account.
Blocking and reporting someone
Open the conversation, tap the menu in the top corner, and choose Block or Report. Reporting also blocks the person straight away. We review every report within 24 hours and remove accounts that break our rules. You can also email [email protected] or use the form above.
Deleting your account
In the app, open the You tab and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, availability, booking links, bookings and any undelivered messages from our servers, and wipes your encryption keys and chat history from the device. It can’t be undone. If you can no longer open the app, email [email protected] (or use the form above with the topic “Delete my account / data”) and include the phone number on the account.
Privacy
Your contacts are read on your phone only to pick who to send a link to — they never leave your device. See the full privacy policy and terms of use.
